Draper Construction provides commercial roofing, residential roofing, storm damage restoration, remodeling, and related construction services in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Specific scope, pricing, timeline, materials, warranty terms, and payment obligations for any project are governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, contract, or work order between you and Draper Construction. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed project agreement, the signed agreement controls for that project.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without permission
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site
- Use the Site to transmit harmful code, spam, or harassing content
4. Inquiries, Estimates, and Quotes
Information presented on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer to perform services. Any estimate, quote, or proposal provided by Draper Construction is non-binding until accepted in writing by both parties and may be subject to inspection, change orders, material availability, and weather conditions.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Draper Construction and its representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County or Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
